Invented by Trey Combs, and sometimes called "The Clarion Pink Lady" - this is a pattern which has been successful both inshore and offshore. It is generally regarded as a Big Game fly but it has aslo been very effective wit Tarpon in heavily coloured water, Dorado, Wahoo and a host of other species. It is a typical Baitfish imitation with plenty of sparkle and attaraction which rarely fails to perform.

Invented by Steve Abel, and sometimes called the Abel Holy Mackerel, this is a baitfish imitation supreme. It can be used for Shark, Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado and a host of the larger Gamefishes. It is a perfect example of how durable fishing flies can be built using synthetics whilst finishing them with natural materials such as saddle hackles in order to impart more natural movement and appeal to the fly.

This is an established baitfish imitator, which was originally designed as a mixture dressing which was supposed to imitate all of the main baitfish species in one fly - namely the Sardines, Mullet and Mackerel. It performs its basic functions well and has proven itself to be a great catcher of a myriad of species of fish from Pike to Marlin, both in fresh and saltwater.

This pattern is based on that American stalwart "The Surf Candy" used to great effect by the American anglers for species such as Striper Bass, Tarpon and a host of other species. Its success is based on the streamlined shape which imitates the fry upon which many species prey. The front body is coated in epoxy resin, ideal for achieving depth and creating a translucent appearance similar to many fry species. The rear of the fly is characterised by various materials, mainly synthetics containing twinkle and flash, all designed to create the illusion of a fry species. The colours of this range have been chosen by Bob Moss ans have undergone a rigorous testing regime before being introduced by Bob to us. We are confident that the three colours will fit most, if not all, situations. All patterns are available in three different sizes which will allow a certain amount of variation with regard to the species being fished for or the bait fish being imitated.
